ADVANCED MEDICAL CONCEPTS LAUNCHES RESPIRATORY SERVICES DIVISION

New Unit Expands Mobility Offerings for Medical Equipment Provider

OWINGS MILLS, Maryland – November 11, 2004 – Advanced Medical Concepts, Inc. (AMC), a leading provider of mobility products for the disabled, announced today that it has begun to offer respiratory services to its customer base. Sharon Kinder, most recently center manager for Lincare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNCR), will lead the new Respiratory Services Division.

"Advanced Medical Concepts has extensive experience in providing quality mobility products to our customers. Offering respiratory services will enhance our ability to keep oxygen patients mobile, independent and active," said Meir Raskas, chief executive officer of AMC. "Because of Sharon’s strong track record in the respiratory market, we are excited about her joining AMC to lead this new division."

The Company will offer the HomeFill oxygen system, an advanced ambulatory system that has proven its ability to improve the quality of life for the patients who use it. The system, which is manufactured by Invacare® Corporation (NYSE: IVC), consists of a set of refillable cylinders and a stationary oxygen concentrator and oxygen compressor. This typical set up provides patients with up to ten hours of portable oxygen.

Patient research indicates oxygen patients benefit most from smaller, lightweight, longer-lasting portable packages that give them freedom and mobility. The latest addition to the HomeFill product line, the Invacare HomeFill II Patient Convenience Pack ML4, weighs less than four pounds, giving patients greater mobility and freedom than previous ambulatory oxygen systems were able to provide.
